These Terms of Service govern your use of the Infinitum Venturis website, the VenturisIQ platform, and all consulting, brokerage, and intelligence services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Infinitum Venturis provides consulting services, VenturisIQ-related growth-intelligence services, the 72-Hour Growth Intelligence Sprint, and commodity brokerage support under these Terms.
Service fees, retainers, and subscription arrangements, where applicable, are confirmed in writing before work begins. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless USD billing is selected. Sprint pricing, payment timing, and any credit toward future services are confirmed in the specific engagement agreement or invoice issued to the client.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific engagement agreement, invoice, and applicable consumer protection law. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Reports are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Infinitum Venturis does not guarantee that you will be awarded any grant or contract as a result of our services. Always verify opportunity details directly with the issuing organization.
VenturisIQ-related workflows, reports, templates, content, and materials produced by Infinitum Venturis remain the intellectual property of Infinitum Venturis Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use reports delivered to you for your own business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
